Kelly-Ivy Subocz, Clinical Advisor and Director of Education

Kelly-Ivy Subocz has been in the skin care industry for over 23 years and has worked as a master esthetician, certified laser practitioner, esthetic instructor, patient consultant and trainer.

She has dedicated her career to making sure that you understand the procedures recommended to you, that you receive the best possible care during your treatment and being able to deliver the most mind-blowing results possible.

Since graduating with her Masters in esthetics, she continues her education with post-graduate courses and seminars. To ensure you are getting the latest in products and services, her ongoing studies include laser technologies, advanced concept in medical skin care, oxygen technology, advanced treatments for sun damage, energy-based body contouring procedures and cutting-edge solutions for aging skin, plus many other skin and body related concerns.

As the clinical advisor, Kelly-Ivy feels that educating you on your skin and body concerns is one of the most important aspects of her job. How can you know what to do, if you don’t understand what’s happening at the molecular level? She understands the mechanisms of how pigmentation is created and deposited, how adult acne is triggered and the causes of premature aging and ultimately how to improve each of these issues.

When skin and body issues are in jeopardy, it can also affect your self-esteem and confidence. Kelly-Ivy believes that by providing you with the knowledge and tools to correct your situation, she can help you reach your skin care and body goals. Thus, improving your general outlook on yourself.

You will start your Bella Journey by having a complimentary consultation with Kelly-Ivy to discuss your concerns, whether it be face or body. For skin concerns, you will receive an Emage-computerized facial analysis, which allows her to investigate the skin to see what is happening below the surface and to track your progress as the facial rejuvenation procedures are administrated.

This removes the element of subjectivity as it pertains to the amount of improvement the skin is presenting with. For the body, it’s very important to Kelly-Ivy that you feel comfortable talking about and showing their body concerns to her. Because of her own long journey with weight loss, she is uniquely tuned in to the battle for both men and women in America struggling with body concerns. Being able to help you feel better about how your body looks is one of the greatest joys in Kell-Ivy’s career.

Lori Kolensky is the Director of Marketing at Bella MedSpa and has been with the company since it first opened over 10 years ago. With a background in Business Management and Marketing, Lori played a key role in helping to build and shape the Bella brand from the ground up. Over the course of her 18-year career in the medical aesthetics industry, she has developed a sharp eye for luxury branding and patient-centered strategy. Her work has been instrumental in positioning Bella MedSpa as a trusted name in beauty and wellness through impactful campaigns, digital innovation, and consistent brand storytelling.

Lauren Mastriani ME, CLP, Senior Aesthetician

Lauren Mastriani is our Lead Medical Esthetician, Body Contouring Specialist and Retail Manager. She graduated from Jolie Beauty Academy in 2013 and became a Certified Laser Technician in 2017. Lauren has always had a passion for the beauty industry and has been in this field since graduating High School in 2012.

After years of training and keeping up to date on newest technology available, she specializes in CoolSculpting, EmSculpt NEO, Microneedling RF, Lase MD, HydraFacials and many other Medical Skin Treatments. While learning each patient’s goals and concerns, Lauren is determined to make our guests feel well informed and most importantly confident in their own skin- providing the ultimate Bella MedSpa experience.

In her free time, she enjoys listening to country music, camping, and spending time with her family: her husband Mike, their 2 dogs Duke and Daisy and their cat, Binx.

As a laser technician in Medical Aesthetics, I combine my technical expertise with a deep passion for helping individuals enhance their well-being. My interest in pursuing lasers began immediately in aesthetics school, driven by the effectiveness and delivery rate of the various machines.

With a seven-year background in advanced aesthetics and laser technology, I prioritize ongoing education to ensure optimal treatment plans. I take pride in honest and integral work, fostering a positive and empowering experience for every client.

Kara M. Krupa, RN, BSN, Nurse Injector

With over 25 years of experience in the medical field, Kara brings a wealth of knowledge, precision, and passion to Bella Med Spa. A proud graduate of Salve Regina University, where she earned her nursing degree with honors, she began her career at Rhode Island Hospital before transitioning into emergency medicine at Noble Hospital. It was there she met Dr. Craig Schacher and discovered her deep interest in medical aesthetics.

Since then, Kara has been practicing aesthetic nursing for over 10 years, mastering the art of cosmetic injectables with a natural, patient-centered approach. Her career also includes successful roles in pharmaceutical, medical device, and software sales, giving her a comprehensive understanding of healthcare from multiple angles.

Her true passion lies in helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and beautiful. “Injecting is more than just a job to me — it’s something I genuinely love to do,” she shares.

Now working part-time at Bella Med Spa, Kara is thrilled to be part of a team that shares her commitment to excellence and self-care. She looks forward to welcoming clients and helping them achieve their personal aesthetic goals with warmth, skill, and artistry.

Lara, with her solid foundation in medical science and genuine passion for skincare, brings a unique blend of expertise and compassion to our MedSpa. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and holds an Associate’s Degree in Health Science, having received numerous academic excellence awards. Lara is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Medical Science at Bay Path University and aspires to become a Physician Assistant. Her clinical training seamlessly integrates with a warm and patient-centered approach to care.

Having personally overcome skin challenges, she understands the emotional and physical impact they can have. Her fascination with the physiology and chemistry behind skincare drives her dedication to helping others feel confident in their own skin. She believes true beauty begins from within and is committed to guiding each patient on their journey toward self-care and confidence one smile at a time.

Lara loves music, learning new languages, horseback riding, books, and spending quality time with her loved ones and two dogs (Roscoe and Toby). 

Alessandra Albano, Patient Care Coordinator

With a passion for beauty, wellness, and connection, Alessandra brings warmth and intention to her role as a Patient Care Coordinator at Bella Med Spa. As a key point of contact for patients throughout their aesthetic journey, she ensures every client feels seen, supported, and cared for — from the first consultation to post-treatment follow-up. Helping women feel confident, radiant, and empowered in their own skin is one of her greatest joys.

Outside of the Med Spa, Alessandra enjoys nature, spending time with animals, and movement. Whether she’s skiing, dancing, or enjoying quiet time outdoors, she believes in living with presence and intention.

With over 27 years of experience in the Wellness and Beauty industry, Denise is a seasoned manager known for blending operational excellence with a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Her career reflects a unique synergy of medical knowledge, beauty expertise, and business acumen.



Denise studied Esthetics at The New England Center of Esthetics and built a strong medical foundation through work at some of the area's finest hospitals. Her background includes managing for an international natural skincare brand and serving as a Beauty Brand Manager for a cosmetics company, where she played an active role in skincare formulation, education, and international travel for makeup clients.

Currently, Denise thrives in spa management, overseeing daily operations, leading dynamic teams, coordinating services, and implementing client satisfaction strategies that create a seamless and luxurious spa experience. Her strengths lie in business management, team development, and customer service, which are crucial to maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Outside of her professional life, Denise is a proud mother of five and grandmother of two. She continues to work as a professional makeup artist, enjoys traveling home to Jamaica to spend time with family, and is passionate about all things beauty.
